How an AI LinkedIn system saved a vitamin company about four hours each week
An anonymized AI system researched competitor content, collected company updates through Slack, and created two LinkedIn posts per day.
What needed to change.
Creating useful LinkedIn content required repeated competitor research, internal context, writing, and publishing.
That process consumed about four hours each week and made it harder to maintain a consistent publishing rhythm.
How the work happened before.
The team spent roughly four hours each week on the research and content workflow that the system later handled.
Competitor performance and current company information had to be brought together manually before a relevant post could be created.
What Max built.
The system researched competitors and identified the posts and patterns that were performing well.
The company's own news, context, and current information were supplied through Slack.
The system combined those inputs to create two original LinkedIn posts each day and publish them automatically.

What was measured.
The company saved approximately four hours of work each week.
The system produced two LinkedIn posts per day and improved the team's ability to publish consistently with relevant company context.
The company reported a 3% increase in revenue during the period after the system was introduced. Other business activity may also have contributed, so this page does not claim the LinkedIn system caused the entire increase by itself.
What worked, changed, or remains unfinished.
Competitor research is only useful when it informs original work. The company's own information from Slack was necessary to avoid simply copying what others were doing.
The useful outcome was a repeatable content operation and recovered team time, not the fact that AI generated text.
A stronger future measurement plan would track post-level reach, qualified conversations, attributed leads, and revenue alongside other campaigns.
