What Oprators is
Oprators helps beginners and intermediate builders become useful AI operators. That means learning to understand a business, identify a valuable bottleneck, build the right system, explain the result clearly, and deliver the work responsibly.
It is a one-to-one guidance program, not a library of random AI tutorials. The plan changes around each person’s skills, market access, available time, niche evidence, and current stage.
Why the name is missing an “e”
The spelling is intentional. The shorter name matches the terminal-inspired identity and separates the brand from the generic word “operators.” Oprators refers specifically to people who operate useful AI systems while keeping human judgment responsible for the problem, choices, and outcome.
Who founded Oprators
Max Ferrer, AI consultant and founder of One1 Studio, created Oprators after learning that technical knowledge alone was not enough to build a useful AI business. His first AI venture found no clients because it lacked a niche, clear positioning, and a business result people understood.
That experience became the basis of the program: start with a real workflow and measurable problem, then learn and build only what the solution requires.
Who the program is for
- Beginners who want a clear path into practical AI work.
- Intermediate builders who know tools but need a niche, offer, and client process.
- People willing to speak with businesses, document their work, accept feedback, and improve consistently.
What an AI operator does
An AI operator connects business observation with technical execution. The operator maps how work happens, finds the expensive or slow step, defines the desired result, and chooses whether AI, automation, software, training, or a simpler process is the right solution.

How Oprators differs from One1 Studio
Oprators provides AI operator guidance for people building the skill and developing a focused AI solutions service. One1 Studio provides business AI consulting and implementation directly to companies. The two organizations share a business-first method, but they serve different audiences.
The philosophy
“Use AI to build, not to think” means using AI aggressively for execution without giving away independent judgment. An operator can use AI to research, prototype, code, organize, and automate, while remaining responsible for the questions, evidence, limitations, and decisions.
