Our target
Oprators aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and conformance requires automated and human evaluation.
Included features
The site uses semantic landmarks and headings, labeled form controls, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, a skip link, high-contrast text, large targets, reduced-motion support, text alternatives for meaningful images, and no color-only form instructions. Decorative 3D motion is hidden from assistive technology and reduced when the device requests reduced motion.
Known limitations
Third-party scheduling, payment, or embedded services may have separate accessibility characteristics. New administrator-authored articles require an accessibility review before publication. We will document confirmed limitations and practical alternatives here.
Feedback and accommodation
If a page, application, document, or call format creates a barrier, email help@oprators.com with the page, problem, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred response method. We will work toward a reasonable alternative and aim to acknowledge reports within five business days.
